The Super Little Wonder Card is a 2 inch by 3.5 inch Card which can be used for emotional balance by simply holding in your hand. The Quiet Please Card is a 5 inch by 7 inch Card designed to quiet the mind, especially at the end of the day when you are preparing for sleep. Detailed instructions are included in your package!
